Our fitness centers and services provide opportunities for improved fitness for all ages and levels of ability. Fitness centers are in Mahnomen, Naytahwaush, Pine Point, Rice Lake, and White Earth. • Free personal training in all centers (call to schedule an appointment) 
  
• Group fitness classes such as yoga, kettlebell, Nordic Walking, step aerobics, and zumba
