WEN-TPH supports disease prevention and the promotion of healthy lifestyles for our community with support from state and federal health prevention grants from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA), the Great Lakes Inter-Tribal Epidemiology Center, Department of Health and Human Services –Special Diabetes Program for Indians-Diabetes Prevention and Treatment Projects, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and other sources.
