Fact: Losing just 5-7% of your body weight can reduce your risk of type 2 diabetes by half!
Why It Matters Prediabetes means blood sugar levels are higher than normal, but not yet diabetes—and most people don’t know they have it. Without action, prediabetes can lead to type 2 diabetes within 5 years, increasing the risk of heart disease and stroke. Taking simple steps—such as eating healthier, exercising more, and losing weight—can significantly reduce these risks.
