Goals of the Project The following goals are designed to support White Earth community members, including expecting and parenting families and their children/youth ages 0-21 who arebeing served through the WECARE Community Resource Center Project.
1. By 6/30/27, the WECARE Community Resource Center Project will improve family linkage to care and make it easier for families to get what they needas measured by data collection and program evaluation reporting. 2. By 6/30/27, the WECARE Community Resource Center Project will increase community connections for families as measured by data collection and program evaluation reporting. 3. By 6/30/27, the WECARE Community Resource Center Project will build the capacity of the White Earth community to create access to programs and services that support economic stability and family well-being as measured by data collection and program evaluation reporting. 4.
